What Children Need to Bring
Each child should bring any ONE small food item from home - send a note to Parents.
Suggested options (choose one):

For the upcoming BPSS class, we will be doing a simple, hands-on activity to help children appreciate how wonderfully Krishna takes care of us inside our bodies.Please send your child with ONE small food item (any one):
Cooked rice / chapati / fruit / boiled vegetables / cooked dal
(Just a small bowl is enough.)This activity is safe, supervised, and symbolicâchildren will not taste or cook anything themselves. The focus is on gratitude and understanding Krishnaâs role in sustaining our life, as explained in the Bhagavad-gita.

What the Teacher should Arrange
Activity & Demo Setup

Food processor / mixer (teacher-handled only)

One sealed vial labeled clearly:
âONE DROP OF BLOODâ (symbolic â colored water - dark red) -
Disposable bowls / plates

Napkins / wipes
-
Table covering (to manage spills)
The Challenge
Make teams and tell them the challenge.
Say clearly:
âTake some of the food items from the table and using the Blender Produce just ONE DROP OF BLOOD.â
Let teams come forward.
Let them try:

Crushing in the Blender - let them actually do it (teacher should operate the blender)

Mixing
Then stop.
Ask directly:
-
âDid we succeed?â
-
âWhy not?â
Let them answer:
-
âWe donât know howâ
-
âWe need a labâ
-
âItâs complicatedâ
Do not correct them yet.
The Turning Point
Hold the vial and say:
âEvery day your body is making new blood. Yesterday you ate breakfast, lunch and dinner. And your body took all that and converted into blood.
Pause.
Then ask:
âWho is doing what we cannot?â
Silence.
Now introduce Bhagavad-gita 15.14 (either chant or paraphrase):
âKrishna says:
âI become the fire of digestion and digest the food.ââ
Then ask the key question:
âWhy does Krishna take personal ownership of digestion?â
Let them think.
Krishna is not claiming credit. He is revealing dependence.
PART 2 â THE INTELLIGENCE QUESTION
Principle 2: Digestion Is Intelligent (Guidance)
Now you dismantle the âitâs just chemistryâ idea.
The Killer Question (Ask exactly like this)
âIf digestion were only chemical, why doesnât it digest the stomach itself?â
Do not rush. Let the room sit in silence.
Ask follow-ups:

âIs stomach acid weak?â â No
-
âIs it selective?â â Yes
-
âCan acid decide?â â No
Then say:
âChemicals cannot decide. Machines cannot decide.
Decision requires intelligence.â
The Core Realization
Say slowly:
âDigestion decides:
what becomes blood
what becomes waste
what is stored
what is rejected
when to stop digestion
And you are not consulted.â
Then ask:
âSo who is controlling this?â
Let someone say âGodâ or âKrishnaâ.
Then say:
âKrishna doesnât deny it. He says: âThat is Me.ââ
Extra Points for Seniors
THE DEBATE (CORE ADDITION)
This is where seniors engage intellectually, not emotionally.
Frame the Debate, Divide the group into two sides:
Side A â Mechanism
âDigestion is automatic, chemical, and self-sufficient.â
Side B â Guidance
âDigestion requires intelligence and regulation.â
Clarify:

Prompt 1 (Blood)
âIf digestion is automatic,

Let both sides answer.

âWhy does digestion choose nutrients and reject waste?â

âCan chemistry choose?â
Prompt 3 (Self-protection â the killer)
âWhy doesnât the stomach digest itself?â
Let them struggle. Donât rescue them.
Prompt 4 (Timing)
âWhy does digestion stop when the body is full?â
Ask:Â âWho says âenoughâ?â
Final Reflection
Ask them individually to answer:
